The Varningr 98/3 AV is a drone mother ship. Its main role is to provide a base of operations for independent drones to operate from. Kind of like a mini aircraft carrier, but for drones.

There are many different variants, each supporting different types of drones. But all are highly modifiable in the field to change to what ever is needed.

It is crewed by 6, two pilots, a crew chief and three drone operators.
The drone operators outfit, repair, program and operate drones. The drones themselves can be either manually operated or set on auto pilot for specified mission.

They never operate alone, either in safe airspace, or in a fleet of other AVs or other air cover.

Common drone missions include are scouting for enemy positions, swarm attacks, and direct fire support (mostly by bigger buzzer drones)
It has little offensive capabilities itself, using its drones as its main armament. Merely a "small" blaster cannon, and defensive missile pods.
