For example, if you view a deed on OS that has deedlock turned on, you can know that as long as you hit refresh before buying that it won't change on you for at least 1 minute or 5 minutes or some amount of time to prevent someone from looting the deed the instant you press buy.

@OthersideMeta Dynamic NFTs sound great, however, this creates some transaction risks for buyers that deed changes between pressing buy and transaction completing. I suggest there be a "deed lock" attribute that can show deed is unchangeable for a period of time after unlocking.
