@AmazonHelp Let's see if, when and how @amazonIN modifies the dangerous "No Return" category that seems to be designed to trap Customers in no man's land and crush their trust into nothingness.
Since I have been royally deceived with dumping of wrong products under "Non-Returnable" category with no way to return the product, get the refund on at least three occasions, & never been contacted again, what's the assurance @amazonIN will resolve the similar issue this time?
@AmazonHelp I believe refund has been initiated by @amazonIN to resolve the issue but @Amazon should work to ensure that such trust-breaking issues are not experienced by any customer ever as it's virtually impossible to rebuild the trust once its lost.
@AmazonHelp By the way, were you able to 'access' to Neha, your Customer Care Agent, who promised yesterday morning to call me back at 6pm later in the evening but has vanished since then?
Or it's one of the tricks deployed by @amazonIN to bully its customers?
@AmazonHelp I understand that @amazon is not just an eCommerce platform but a discreet hedger/trader that (using its subsidiaries) enters into competitive buy contracts with its Sellers and sets up selling prices as per its whims to earn extra buck. Correct me if you may, @amazonIN
@AmazonHelp Yesterday, posting image on your website did not go through, today your weblink does NOT open up.
No help for customers who feel themselves being cheated at @amazonIN?
@AmazonHelp There are disguised deceitful tactics to breach customers' trust and deprive them of their legal and ethical rights. What a shame @amazonIN
@flipkartsupport charges its Sellers commission of 3-20% with promise of dedicated support but my half a dozen, un-answered emails show that @FlipkartSellers team has Zero support, even for new Sellers. One wonders how to get hold of them to see thru issues.
An @amazonIN Customer Care Agent named Neha called up this morning asking me to upoad a photo of the Capsules, when it failed to upload the photo, she promised to call back at 6pm to retry. But like few times earlier, she never called back. Amazing Amazon
Even the clearly seen Magnet balls hanging onto so-called (as listed on Amazon) "Stainless Steel" hangers can not be returned, simply becoz @amazonIN has listed them under "Non-Returnable Category"
What an innovative way to make extra buck
@AmazonHelp How many times do you want the loyal customers to press @amazonIN to be loyal and committed? Inappropriate product description, no way to return the product, no option to contact you and no option to even post a review on Amazon.
Is that morally, ethically, legally correct?
@amazonIN is amazing:
Buy non-returnable products. If the products are different from the description in the listing, you can return the product, get the refund and even won't be able to post any negative product/service reviews for it will hurt their made-up image.

@AmazonHelp I am rapidly losing trust in @amazonIN's sincerity and commitment towards its customers and will review the option of renewing Prime Membership.
"Non-Returnable" products is a novel way to list products under wrong product description but leaving no option for them to return it.

As an @Amazon Prime Member for years, my trust in in the @AmazonIn has been shaken by repeated getting "Wrong" products under "Non-Returnable" category.
Does their giving no option on their App/Website to buyers from accessing help for such issues signal of a designed strategy?
