Ok, final 😑🐥. I’ve had every iphone since 2007. Never a screen crack! iphone 14 Pro arrived from T-Mobile on Tues. By Thurs., there is a deep but small crack, right where right thumb sits. @TMobile store guy says 🤷‍♂️, ask @apple. Apple policy = I can’t exchange at the store. ??

@TMobileHelp Yes! I took my device into a retail store and they said “we can print you a label so you can ship it.” Not sure why dropping my device at store was an option at all. I’ll just ship it. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Thx.
