जो कोई भी जानबूझकर इस कानून का दुरुपयोग कर निर्दोष व्यक्ति को फँसाता है, उसके विरुद्ध कठोर कानूनी कार्रवाई और सख्त सजा का प्रावधान होना चाहिए।
कानून का सम्मान तभी होगा,जब उसका दुरुपयोग भी बर्दाश्त न किया जाए।

जुलाई में स्वतंत्र भारद्वाज और निशु आजाद के पिता के बीच लड़ाई हुई थी। दोनों तरफ से मारपीट हुई, दोनों को चोटें आईं।

अब 2 महीने बाद दिल्ली में थाने का घेराव कर SC-ST एक्ट और POCSO के तहत कार्रवाई की मांग की जा रही है।

सवाल ये है — निशु के पिता नाबालिग हैं क्या, जो POCSO लगे? क्या जातिसूचक गाली दी गई थी, जो SC-ST एक्ट लगे?

अगर आज चुप रहे तो दबाव बनाकर फर्जी केस दर्ज कराने का ट्रेंड बन जाएगा। गांवों में गरीब-मजदूरों के क्या हाल होंगे, सोचिए।
