Universal credit ruined almost cost my own life twice. Many have died, more suffer due DWP. It will never improve as u can't fix failure. l Studied whole system
@Shrink_at_Large It's a case of to big to fail #UniversalCredit it was the biggest overhaul to the benefit in history. Yet it failed so badly instead of scrapping it instead they have spent billions since the 1st year which is now so overbudget there's no money even if we had a plan b.
@Yorkshire1986 @Gamergody Officially they said to me they only data for 2 years then it Gets destroyed. I had asked for 3 years in which I got? 54 phone calls I got zero! 72 documents were confirmed missing. Got about 1100 documents. Wow the lies I found were insane. Took ages 2 prepare for my lawyer! Won
@MartinJBonner Which instantly means the baglog will already be bad and as each day passes it will grow worse. That's what happens when you try and fix failure with failure and it's the claiment that always suffers from any failure.
As expected you can't fix failure with failure yet they through more money at it until this fails enough for the next process and we start all over again.
Another separate DWP FOI tallies with one from 14 Apr '25 ๐ indicating 46% of PIP claimants do not score > 4 point on any one daily living component. Total no. of PIP = 2.89m with 1.33m of those scoring < 4 = 46%
@LurgeeLife@de_varse As expected after the promise of fairness or better BS said to the assessment process as officially as stats don't lie the truth is the process has not improved as promised which causes great concern towards my own health as there is no guarantee of receiving a fair assessment
This was written by the same people just last week! Nobody would have lost money on HRMC yet when it comes to #dwpgovuk and #UniversalCredit you sign up to fail. Yet even when 32% had failed to sign up resulting in having there benefits terminatied.
So legacy benefits paid by HRMC people have no choice as they are being forced onto #UniversalCredit which everyone will be deeply concerned about. As child poverty payments will be #dwpgovuk responsibility.
โTax credits will leave a lasting legacy of a welfare system more focused on low-income families with children, which lives on in universal credit.โ

It would be much easier to write a a book about the #UniversalCredit as there is so much controversy before it even started which am trying to give u some insight but with so many documents that prove UC is by far the worst idea to the benefit system in history. U sign up 2 fail
There were tons of warnings and evidence inc assements not finished, Sanctions never tested! Yet the brand new system half hearted tested. Would fail completely in months. billions lost! Then the statement classic @DWPgovuk move trying 2 deflect the BS
The Committee expresses concern that those reforms have resulted in severe economic hardship, increased reliance on food banks, homelessness, negative impacts on mental health and the stigmatization of benefit claimants. report from 12th March 2025
The Committee is concerned that measures introduced through the Welfare reform of 2012 and the Welfare Reform in 2016, including benefit cuts and temporary reductions in or the suspension of benefits, have eroded the rights to social security and to an adequate standard of living
https://t.co/yUp4jAKpAd Human rights are back 2010 warned. 2016 Un requested a report but the @DWPgovuk refused. In Dec 2017 UN wrote a report to the point of attacking the @DWPgovuk for Austerity levels, inc sanctions lead poverty. 2010 UC being online, this caused turmoil
I have many of these dating back 2 before #UniversalCredit was made puplic. The not for puplic eyes to read! https://t.co/rvlUCnclCv(and,to%20get%20back%20into%20work.
@de_varse Yes like sanctions that were untested but took #dwpgovuk 7 years to confirm using there own data they don't work. Did they fix them? Now failed assessments are finally fixed by a simple 4 points system. Have they tested it? Also let's use on disabled people c if they suffer more
@de_varse This is what I mean by using AI it saves you reading 1000s of BS for months. This was 1 tactic I used against them. The more I learnt it became more apparent that policys were ignored yet the lying was insane. Why because the system didn't work most of the time.
