@Ryanair appalling customer service from Ryanair, my flight has a five hour schedule change but they have not told me officially so will not change flight without charge
First you arrive @HeathrowAirport with @britishairways and there are no steps to get off the plane and then we have to wait almost an hour for baggage - hopeless 😩
