@DrFrankTurek 1 Timothy 2:12 - weaponized to subjugate women of faith inside the body of Christ. In context, the summary open & close of 1 Timothy make it clear the issue being addressed = FALSE TEACHERS who grounded their supposed spiritual authority & knowledge in gender not God’s word.

@DrFrankTurek Jeremiah 17:9 does NOT say the HEART (symbolic seat of emotion) is desperately wicked & deceitful above all.

It says LEB (הַלֵּ֛ב) or the entire inner being is. So humans can’t trust our reason anymore than our feelings to know truth.

@DrFrankTurek Ephesians 5:33 There is no command to woman to respect in this verse. In fact the Greek form of the verb makes the respect in the verse contingent or a possible natural consequence of love.

LORD Jesus who alone deserves unconditional respect chose to earn it (Philippians 2:9-11)

@DrFrankTurek Every verse that contains the Greek word for SEPARATION (apoluó) that is misconstrued as the Greek word for DIVORCE (apostasion) to make an idol out of marriage & theologically trap believers into building treasure on earth & carnal matters of the flesh.

@DrFrankTurek This is further confirmed by how Paul was honoring Proverbs 26:5 to answer these false teachers according to their own foolish naturalistic authoritarianism in 1 Timothy 2:13-15 since Genesis 1:28-30 make it clear authority comes from God, NOT the natural order of creation

@DrFrankTurek Matthew 16:18 is a play on DIFFERENT words to convey that Jesus alone is The Rock the church is built on — NOT Peter whom Jesus called Satan just 5 verses after saying the gates of Hades will not overpower The Rock of v18.

This is also corroborated by verses like 2 Samuel 22:32.

@taco_talks People who think a just & compassionate God would send babies to eternal hell (especially for trivial things like not getting baptized timely) are either evil wolves in sheep’s clothing or are deceived by doctrines of demons that 1 Tim 4:2 says comes through hypocritical liars.

@taco_talks Ezekiel 18:20 makes it clear every person is responsible for their own acts of sin. So while all humanity inherited a sinful nature that can be traced back to the very 1st human, it’s clear God does not condemn anyone for their sin nature since he clothed himself in it.
