@ecobee My Ecobee 3 Smart Thermostat was set to my maximum heating range temp, 79 (luckily I set that as the max) and I had the thermostat set to off. Prior to this, the unit was fully functional. What could’ve happened? I don’t want to have this happen while I’m away from home.
