Urzędniczki skarbowe zjadły pizzę z krewetkami, wyciągnęły legitymacje i wystawiły mandat na 2500 złotych!

Do zdarzenia doszło w jednej z pizzerii w Gdańsku. Do lokalu weszły dwie klientki, które zamówiły pizzę z krewetkami. Właściciel rodzinnego biznesu nabił na paragon standardowe 8% VAT jak to przy pizzy.

Panie zjadły, zapłaciły, po czym wyciągnęły legitymacje skarbówki. Ukarały właściciela mandatem w wysokości 2500 złotych, bo owoce morza to towar luksusowy i cała pizza powinna mieć na paragonie 23% VAT, a nie 8%.

Nawet jedna krewetka sprawia, że zamiast zwykłej pizzy otrzymujemy danie luksusowe.

Urzędniczki skarbowe były nieugięte. Nie było szansy na żadne pouczenie ani niższą karę. I tak były łaskawe, bo powiedziały, że to najniższy możliwy mandat za tak poważny czyn.
