Hey guys, we’ve added bank transfers for balance top-ups and made a few improvements to our Chrome and Firefox extensions.

Here’s what changed:

1️⃣ Top up your balance by bank transfer

You can now choose Bank Transfer when topping up your Proxy-Cheap balance. A few things to keep in mind:

• No Proxy-Cheap fee. Your bank or an intermediary bank may charge a commission. We don’t control or receive those fees.

• USD transfers only. Send your transfer in USD. Other currencies won’t match automatically for now.

• Up to two business days. Timing depends on the banks involved. We’ll credit your balance after the funds arrive and the transfer is matched to your account.

• Credit based on funds received. Your balance gets the amount we receive. Any bank fees deducted along the way will reduce the amount credited.

• Include your payment reference. Open Top up, select Bank Transfer, and follow the instructions. Use the unique reference to help us match the payment to your account.

2️⃣ Chrome and Firefox extension updates

We’ve refreshed the extension interface and made it easier to go from managing your proxies to buying more.

• Consistent design. Custom Proxies, Imported Proxies, and PAC Scripts now share the same look across the extension.

• A new opening screen. The extension opens directly on Custom Proxies, instead of showing the changelog first.

• Your selection carries over. Choose a proxy type in the extension, and the purchase flow opens with that type already selected.
