How did proving we’re the right religion become more important than treating people right?
Sometimes I wonder if religion is bringing people together the way it was meant to or pushing people further apart.
Everybody wants peace.
Everybody wants a better society.
Yet people still fight, k!ll and judge each other over beliefs.
Out of nowhere this gorgeous woman grabs me kisses me like I’m the love of her life. I freeze.
Am I getting kidnapped or did I just pull the hottest girl ever?
Turns out I was 3 months old. She was my mum.
Best plot twist of my life. Love you Ma❤️
One woman suddenly kissed me, and till today, I still don't know why.
It happened so fast.
I was just there, minding my business, when she grabbed me like I was a lover she had sorely missed. Then she planted a kiss on my cheek.
Not a small peck o.
It's the kind of emotional kiss that leaves you confused for the rest of the day.
People around us even acted like it was completely normal.
One aunty even smiled proudly.
Meanwhile, I was too stunned to react.
I kept thinking:
“Do I know this woman from somewhere?”
“Did she mistake me for somebody else?”
“Are they trying to kidnap me?”
And the woman herself looked very emotional after doing it. I looked into her eyes and I could see they were teary with joy.
Till today, I still don’t fully understand what happened.
But according to family members, I was only three months old and she was my mother.
This had me hooked like a thriller heart racing, suspecting kidnapping.
Then the plot twist hits: you were a 3 month old baby and she was just your mum giving the purest love.
Mums really are built different.
That unconditional kiss energy is unmatched. Love this wholesome twist, thanks for the laugh
A little relationship advice for the ladies:
If you’re in a relationship with a man you know truly loves you, surprise him with gifts or thoughtful gestures once in a while. Don’t let the relationship become one where you’re always the one receiving.
Small acts of kindness can strengthen your bond. One of the greatest joys for many men is knowing that the woman they love thinks about them just as much as they think about her.
When a man buys you a gift, even something small, it’s often a sign that you crossed his mind. It means a lot when you return that thoughtfulness in your own way.
It doesn’t have to be expensive, the effort and intention are what make it meaningful.
Many couples struggle financially not because they earn too little but because they fail to work together.
When partners have different priorities, keep financial secrets and lack shared goals, years of income can pass without building lasting wealth.
Marriage is both an emotional and financial partnership; couples who communicate openly, align their vision and make financial decisions together are more likely to achieve long-term security.
Building a strong financial future requires teamwork, planning and a shared purpose.
@Exojay01 I usually hate weekend gigs but last month I took a random urgent task like this and it led to a steady client.
Reliability really does pay off.
I’m definitely interested in Rater roles remote work would be perfect for me right now.
Last Sunday, I was reminded that opportunities don't always come when it's convenient.
A mentor reached out to me about a Rater job.
The client needed it done urgently, and the pay was on a 50/50 sharing basis which AMOUNT to over 100USD.
Normally, I don't like working on Sundays.
For a moment, I considered turning it down.
But then I thought about something important:
Sometimes, the small opportunities you reject today can determine whether you're considered for bigger opportunities tomorrow.
So I accepted it.
The task took about 9 hours to complete.
I stayed focused, got it done, and delivered it successfully.
Here's the lesson:
Reliability opens doors.
Many people want big opportunities, but few are willing to show up consistently when smaller opportunities come their way.
Sometimes, your next breakthrough is hidden inside an assignment others are unwilling to take.
If you're interested in working as a Rater and would like to be considered for future opportunities, drop a comment below.
Someone will reach out to you.
