@sainsburys I am not able to book a shop on Groceries - it says there is a service error. When will this be fixed?

@sainsburys I ordered a monthly delivery pass on Wednesday which I have been charged £7.50 for but I have received no voucher to add to my shop and it does not appear to have registered I’ve bought this. My shop is being delivered early tomorrow. How can this be fixed please?
