A man known as Gugile is allegedly targeting people who have withdrawn large amounts of cash before robbing them shortly afterward.

According to the report, a photographer at Sam Ntuli Mall captured a photo of the man with one of the victims before the alleged robbery took place. The victim later returned and obtained the picture.

Anyone who knows this man or has information about his identity or whereabouts is urged to come forward and assist with the investigation.
