fusaka boosts the data capacity that rollups rely on, resulting in greater throughput, lower cost per transaction.

2. COST REDUCTION AND EFFICIENCY
fusaka lowers the barrier and cost for rollup operators and users by improving data availability, node and storage requirements, and blobs.

3. STRENGTHENS SETTLEMENT LAYER NARRATIVE
fusaka aligns strongly with the narrative that ethereum is the most secure decentralized settlement layer with scalable L2s on top.

the key upgrades are:

* PEER DATA AVAILABLE SAMPLING (PEERDAS)
- allows nodes to sample large data blobs instead of needing to download every data.
- network can accept more data from rollups and store and verify it more efficiently, enabling more off-chain work and cheaper on-chain settlement.

* BLOB CAPACITY INCREASE
- fusaka implements blob parameter only (BPO) forks that increase the number of blobs that can be processed per block.
- blob capacity is expected to more than double within two weeks.

* GAS LIMIT ADJUSTMENTS
- block gas limit may increase in phased steps.
