Agree- GP IT systems are not incentivised to invest in basic needs eg recording and tracking BMI centile for children. Achieving change has been impossible despite trying hard @RCGPAC

@RCGPAC Effective integration is impeded by GP IT system provider companies continual backsliding on real-time operational compatibility. This needs primary legislation when will it happen?
