Hurt people, hurt people. If you are a leader who has unhealed hurts it’s possible that you’re perpetuating that pain to the people you lead. Do the work to get healed, fully, so you can be the best leader possible.
The culture of an organization has to be rooted in clearly defined values that are communicated, celebrated, honored, and accepted. The values & the culture they reflect must be diligently protected and reinforced or the culture will erode.
Diligence is about work ethic. Diligence refers to the effort you put into your work. Your work doesn’t have to be perfect to be diligent. It’s a matter of the heart. Only you know if you are a diligent worker. Are you putting your best in everything you do?
I have found that we will not be effective in growing God’s kingdom; whether in business or ministry, if we do not know how to hear the voice of God so that we can obey what He’s asking us to do.
