@COCO57579 The easiest way to catch cheaters is to check their logs using an AI model that is used for cheating.
Out of the three players here, two of them were using an AI-cheat to play for them and one of them is a legit player who has been playing for over a decade. 🤔
@COCO57579 You're correct, Mahjong Soul to my knowledge doesn't have a robust anti-cheat. They know if you're using a third party client or addon scripts in your browser but that's about the extent of what they can do as far as I'm aware.
@yoteru11 "Riichi" and "rīchi" are the Hepburn romanization of リーチ; the former is used more because most English keyboards can't type macrons. Hearing "reach" while playing in person isn't uncommon but most players use "riichi" for both the declaration and the yaku.
