Point taken. Idea here is how to make Pollachi strecth a better place to live, monetize unused land and enhance the Locality with better amenities including IT corridor. I'm 200% in for Faming & Agriculture. That 40kms strecth from Ukkadam which still will be my suggestion 👍

Yes, valid point. My point is Thondamuthur & Kanuvai will be the best choice as this belt has loads of Landscape, Transportation access, Educational Institution, healthcare and most importantly educated community.
Cost of living this part is as equal as Corporation life style !

@KovaiUpdates offlate Cbe is getting lot of traction from FDI and IT expansion. Why not explore, Thondamuthur, Vadavalli, Maruthamalai, Kanuvai, Chinna Thadagam belt stretch as most of the talents from this Locality are outside Cbe including me. #outercoimabtore
