Peeps! What makes a good sleeve #tattoo design? Especially if you have long thin arms like me?

Have some ideas for designs but very keen to hear thoughts and suggestions.

Been toying with the idea of getting a new tattoo for a long time. Have one on the right underarm but it sort of lost its initial meaning so want to cover it with a full sleeve. But always felt my arms were too skinny for full sleeve arm tattoos :(
