When the soul is free-
You see that all the wealth is within your soul, ending pleasure /pain due to gain /loss.

You see that your kin are individual souls, and you cannot possess them, ending the attachment. it ends your pain due to attachment.

You see that you are all powerful and need no help from anybody, thus ending dependence.

You see that you do not die at the death of the body, thus ending your fear of death.

You see that your free soul is the truth/God.

You see the selfish nature of mind, ending pain at the behaviour of people.

Parents feel pain when neglected by the children whom they bring up with love.Parents feel this pain due to illusion that children are theirs, but in actual they come through you, not for you.When this illusion ends then there will be no pain and God (nature or prakriti)will take care of you.
All dependence is source of pain.When "Real Self" is realised then dependence on others ends and then what one needs comes from within.
Truth (Real Self, Brahman, God) will only awaken when you go through the pain created by your Karmas and the bindings due to desire, attachment, beliefs and fear of death. The pain will be severe but if the Truth is awake in you then you will go through it.Truth in you will itself make it easy to face all this.
When Truth is awake in you then it is job of the Truth to free you. (Jeewan Mukt)
