Day 3 of wishing @virginmedia could hire competent network engineers and fix this issue because having your customer service team reading off a public webpage about the "issue in my area" without being able to offer any information is beyond infuriating
@virginmedia An ETA of 5 days with an arbitrary time of midday is not good enough. Not to mention there has been 0 communication from Virgin and any time I have had to initiate contact it's just "we'll read the same thing you do on the service page".
I'm sorry @virginmedia but in what world is a 5 day estimate for you to fix my internet acceptable? All you can tell me is it's a network issue that's somehow persisted for over 24 hours? Seriously?
