@sandeepssrin at this point they will even admit to fraud on call. bought Zomato giftcard from @amazonIN & didnt receive the 9% cashback. CCare told me i was not eligible because the offer can be used only 3 times & even though tho T&C states no such thing, internal systems enforce such limits

Current UPI players are primed to do this since they lie on both ends, consumer and merchant.

Or is the solution a modern payment rails akin to CC as they already solve this problem to an extent by charging MDR to merchant and giving free (2/n)
