Im now being referred for biologic treatment. I just assumed the dermatologist would do this... what's everyone's experience on how long they wait for an appointment? And what happens on your first appointment? #psoriasisandme

At the hospital waiting for my dermatology appointment! Couldn't have come quick enough my skin is so raw 😢 looking forward to starting different treatment and hoping it works 🤞🏻#psoriasisandme

It's not my best day. Been off methotrexate for just over 2weeks due to being unwell, my skin is getting worse by the day. Painful after showering & really flaky & itchy 😏 picture doesn't quite show how bad it is.Would normally hibernate away but I won't today!#PsoriasisAndMe

Having a bit of a meh kinda day. Since I stopped taking methotrexate due to being unwell under Drs orders. My skin is slowly getting worse....I have this one patch that is sooo itchy and painful 😏#PsoriasisAndMe

@nobody29135580 Iv used westlab Dead Sea salt which I love really helps when my skin hurts when washing. Emollient oil never tried this, any one in particular you would recommend?

I love a face mask this one I have found is really nice. Non greasy, not messy, can leave over night and most of all doesn't irritate my skin #botanicallab #PsoriasisAndMe
