A big shout out to @RCDSB custodial staff for participating in #SafeTALK training. Thank you all for a great learning session and helping to make our schools suicide safe. @Living_Works @RCDSB #SafeTALK
L488 stands in unified solidarity with CUPE members currently on strike and will always support the right to freely negotiate a Collective Agreement without the threat of having those rights stripped by legislation.
Kids need to be in school safely and stay there.
We support Dr. Hirji's moves to make Niagara's schools safer. If the goal is to keep schools open, no one should be intervening and berating our public health officials for taking extra measures that Ford refuses to implement.
It's quite a competition for most absurd statement by @fordnation today but "I want to provide students and parents with certainty" is right up there. He has provided *zero* certainty, week after week, month after month.

The Notwithstanding Clause was used for the first time in Ontario’s history today. @fordnation didn’t participate in the debate & didn’t answer questions. In fact, Doug Ford has yet to stay for an entire Question Period in 2021 and is absent more often than not. #onpoli
Happy #Mental Health Week, May 3-9! This year’s theme is understanding our emotions. Recognizing, labeling and accepting our feelings are all part of protecting and promoting good mental health for everyone. https://t.co/Xe3Qy6sn6F

(2/) Join me in thanking these incredible, hard working and sincere, group of professionals who always go the extra mile to be there for their colleagues, but most importantly, the students. Way to go. @ColleenMackin @RCDSB
Shout out to my edu worker colleagues today. Education/mental health week is always the first week in May. This shines a light on edu professionals on the front lines in schools. Today is ESP (educational assistants) and PSP (school support counsellors) appreciation day. (1/2)
Wondering who would be considered a close contact at school?
Check out #RCDHU's Who Is A Close Contact at School? resource to help answer that question.

Thanks for sharing. I think Ford may have caught a bit of hypocriticalisis. At least he didn’t he didn’t use inappropriate remarks about people’s intelligence this time. Embarrassing!
