Be blessed!
I'm open to learning, evolving and growing.
Share what has worked for you in this context of managing clients' revision, you could be helping someone.
Looking forward to reading from you.
Tip 5:
Don't rely on memory when handling revisions.
Keep a simple checklist of every requested change and tick them off as you complete them.
It reduces the chances of missing details and gives your client confidence that their feedback was taken seriously.
Tip 4:
Always keep a copy of the approved version before making revisions.
If a client later decides they preferred an earlier design, you can restore it in minutes instead of rebuilding it from scratch.
Good file management is just as important as good design.
Tip 3:
Give clients revision deadlines.
For example:
"Please send all revision requests within 5 business days."
Without a timeline, a project can drag on for weeks while you're unable to move on to other work.
Have a beautiful Wednesday, everyone!
Instead of clients sending requests for revisions across multiple channels, ask them to study the designs closely, gather reviews and send through one channel.
It's safer to send all corrections through email (if that's preferred) rather than via WhatsApp, email...
Tip 2:
Professional designers don't fear revisions, they manage them with structure.
I always encourage clients to send all their feedback in one organized message.
It reduces confusion, prevents missed changes and makes the revision process smoother for everyone.
@Rosemary_ette That's right, Queen.
Many people ride on the wings of familiarity. 😂
Giving friends or family preferential treatment may not be all wrong but doing this at the expense of your business would certainly hurt.
As an experienced graphic designer, I've realized that client revisions will destroy your margins and burn you out if you don't manage the process.
This week, I'd be sharing tips that have helped me handle clients' feedback while having my sanity intact. 😁
🧵
Let your proposals clearly communicate your revision limit.
Build two rounds of revisions into your project scope.
Make sure it's clear that Round 3 comes with an invoice attached.
This will save you so much stress, believe me.
THIS WAS WHEN I KNEW SHE'S MY MISSING RIB
(Part 1)
A True Love Story of How I Met My Wife
God rarely reveals the entire blueprint of your destiny. He simply asks you to trust Him with the next step.

A few minutes before we arrived, I noticed they were exchanging phone contacts.
That almost stirred up my jealousy again, but I had to caution myself for the second time. 😂
Little did I know...
The real story had only just begun. 😂
(To be continued...)

"There's nothing between us."
"You're only doing someone a favour."
So why did seeing another man talk comfortably with her bother me?
I quickly pushed the thought aside and focused on the journey...
Or at least I tried to. 😁
