Just tried the Zarify PSX app, here is my honest review:

1. Clean interface & layout.

2. No ads.

3. Good features like tracking dividends, cash flow summaries, return comparison, holdings allocation, notification about holdings.

4. You don't have add dividends manually, you can even use CDC reports to add dividends or to update portfolio.

5.Adding backdated transactions was a little tricky, it took sometime to figure out but nonetheless it feels like a premium app.

What’s new:
Ledger CGT is now treated as cash flow only.
NCCPL is used only to match and validation (still can differ to mutual funds).
Actual CGT is auto-calculated by Zarify and does not impact cash or your P&L.

For zarify accuracy is most important element.

CGT Calculation is now fully automated on Zarify v1.8.0

Why we changed it:
1. Broker ledgers only show CGT as cash flows, not actual tax liability.
2. NCCPL PDFs are all brokers-combined & include mutual funds, so invalid taxes if you create separate portfolios per broker.

@StockCompounder Morever, you can easily import past cdc dividends data very easily.
Export cdc past dividends pdf and simply import in cdc. Thats it and then see detailed analytics 🙂
