@RoyalMailHelp card left 4th July, sender not paid full postage. Paid online same day. Still waiting. Went to delivery office, advertised open from 4pm, wait 20 mins, door locked. At least 1/2 dozen others come and go. Minimum I'd like is my £1.50 refunded. 🤨
