I love you @amolrajan as the compere of #universitychallenge , but for the first time I think you were a bit harsh on rushing Oxford with their bonus questions so much, enabling Cambridge to snatch the win. 😕

Please help out my dissertation student with her very interesting project by spending a few minutes answering her survey - if this should apply to you. She is investigating the motives and barriers to physical activities for Muslim women. Thank you.

First #wearables-based study describing dose-response of incidental #PhysicalActivity against #cardiovascular events and mortality

https://t.co/JgExTRFOry

How much heart health do you get for your buck from day to day (non-exercise) activities?

* 1 min of incidental vigorous #PhysicalActivity ≈ 3-3.5 mins of moderate ≈ 35-50 mins of light intensity

* 1 min of incidental ≈ 10-17 minutes of light intensity

Yet, most consumer #wearables still count 1 min of vigorous = 2 minutes of moderate....

Thanks to great postdocs

@BPS_DSEP Will you be changing the name of this type of conference in the future too? Since our course names need to be changed, these will be out of keeping with the name of this conference.

[Rob Lyon @Psychops]

@_beyondalpha_ Kinda got used to playing with mine, so... I think I'm good thanks.
