Sahara Ghida (MSci UCL) showed @EABCT Conf '26, that in FEP patients' auditory hallucinations (n=460), containing an imaginary harmer, over 25% had voices that causally contributed to real physical harm - self19%, neglect10%, harm to others6%. So, these need assessment! @CNWLNHS
Alysia Sweeney (Asst Psychol) showed @EABCT Conf that 1hrs multidisciplinary staff training significantly improved knowledge & attitude towards personalisation & cultural competence about prevalence, patterns, & distribution of delusional themes & their psychosocial consequences.
Alisia Maciu [MSci UCL] presented @EABCT2026 Conf. She demonstrated that all FEP patients' auditory hallucinations should be assessed for imaginary harmers in the patients in voice experience, in the 4 clusters of physical, social, psychological & supernatural harm types.
