By now you have been stepping, lunging and split squatting. Keep with it!! Build endurance and form. Once in place we can start adding some more dynamic and explosive work. Great for many sports!

Here's one more challenging (you knew it was coming) Focus on the front leg with back one mainly for balance. Keep a neutral pelvis and spine, lower straight down, front knee same direction as toes and not in front of them. Don't rush, go slower than me 😊
So are you adding some lunges into your mix of movement patterns. Great lower body exercise and if you mix with yesterdays step up suggestions you are adding to the cv effect.
We get a bit more taxing tomorrow so make sure form is strong with this first. Try 2/3 sets 15 reps
