Monday, we had a Pre~Loved Uniform and Book event.

Due to unforeseen circumstances tonight’s AGM has been cancelled and rescheduled for Tuesday the 24th of March at 6pm. Apologies xx

[Scotch Orchard PTA @PtaScotch]

We are still short of volunteers for the Santa Run tonight :( This may mean any future applications are turned down 😭 If you're free from 6 till 9 please let me know asap! 14 people out of over 200 is really sad! 😭

@Scotch_Orchard @the_atlp Congratulations Miss Badger! X

Would anyone else like to join us on Friday 13th December 5.30-9pm to help with the Lichfield Round Table Santa run? Great fun and very festive! Comment below! X @Scotch_Orchard @the_atlp

[Scotch Orchard PTA @PtaScotch]

That was the BEST Xmas Fayre to have as my last! All who helped were completely amazing & it went down really well with everyone! I would call that a success! We had so many volunteers ❤ I appreciate every single one of you, you're all amazing and made it go so smoothly. 🎄🎄

[Scotch Orchard PTA @PtaScotch]

Come along and decorate a Xmas biscuit, make your own decorations, have a cuppa and cake, have a go in our photo booth, try your luck on our tombola or our NEW adult only tombola! Santa will be in the Grotto, we have face painting, Wacky Matt from Clubz4Kidz, sweets & much more!

[Scotch Orchard PTA @PtaScotch]

Christmas Fayre is this Friday! 🎄🎄🎄 @Scotch_Orchard @the_atlp @DevlinPJ

[Scotch Orchard PTA @PtaScotch]

We need lots of yummy cakes for our refreshments stall on Friday! I know we have lots of budding bakers in our school as well as some pros so please send your cake donations in on Friday morning. If you're not a dab hand in the kitchen then shop-bought is just as good! Thanks!

[Scotch Orchard PTA @PtaScotch]

Help needed for Xmas Fayre setup! Can you let me know if you can help 9-12, or 1-3. Or both! Even just an hour if you can! We need lots of help in the PM as we have a couple of hours to set up the stalls and them a mad dash to set up in the classrooms. Thanks! @Scotch_Orchard

[Scotch Orchard PTA @PtaScotch]

@Miss_D19 @Scotch_Orchard @the_atlp This would be fantastic! Thank you ever so much! :) Are you in school this week? Xxx

[Scotch Orchard PTA @PtaScotch]

Has anyone got a big teddy that they would like to donate to our "Name the Teddy" stall at our Christmas Fayre? It will go to a very loving home! 🐻🐻🐻🐻 @Scotch_Orchard @the_atlp

[Scotch Orchard PTA @PtaScotch]

Sad face :( This is our lot for the wine bottle stall and the filled jar stall. Unless you lovely people send in lots of donations over the next few days we won't be having a bottle stall and a very small filled jar stall :( @Scotch_Orchard

[Scotch Orchard PTA @PtaScotch]

Friday 13th of December is our turn for the Round Table Santa run! It is a great way to raise funds and a really fun, festive event to be part of! We have to have a minimum amount of volunteers to take part so please let us know if you can help out! Marie H x @Scotch_Orchard

[Scotch Orchard PTA @PtaScotch]

Non-uniform tomorrow! Please bring a donation for the tombola! :) Thanks everyone!
