เรื่องมีอยู่ว่า เจ้าตัวเป็นเพอร์เฟกชั่นนิส
ทำงานพลาด โดนอาจารย์ด่า เครียด
ร้องไห้ ดีเพรส นอนไม่ได้ ดิ่งดาวน์
ทำให้ไปเรียนวันต่อมาไม่ได้
ก็เอาใบรับรองแพทย์ไปส่งอาจารย์ทุกครั้ง
จนครั้งที่ 2 ความอาจารย์ห่วงว่าถ้าอาการไม่ดีอาจจะต้องดรอปไหม

เท่านั้นแหละ เครียดหนักเลย
ซึ่งเรื่องนี้เราคุยกะหลานตั้งแต่ครั้งแรกเลยนะว่า พยายามอย่าทำให้ตัวเองมีครั้งที่2
เราต้องรู้จักอุเบกขา ตัดใจ
จบแล้วคือจบ เราแก้อดีตไม่ได้
สิ่งที่หลานทำอยู่ มันคือการพยายามพังอนาคต ด้วยการใช้ปัจจุบันแบบผิดวิธี

ดีเพรสก็ส่วนนึง ก่อนเราจะพูดแบบนี้
ก็พาพบแพทย์ พาพบนักจิตก่อนล่ะถึงพูด

ซึ่งไม่ว่าจะพยายามหลีกหนี จะทำยังไงมันก็จะเปลี่ยนความจริงไม่ได้นะ
มันบังคับให้เรายอมรับตั้งแต่แรกแล้ว
สู้ยอมรับไปเลยดีกว่า

การยอมรับความจริงให้เป็นเป็นอะไรที่สำคัญมาก เพราะถ้าไม่ยอมรับจะก้าวเดินต่อไปไม่ได้ ทั้งเรื่องเรียน งาน ความสัมพันธ์

ที่เห็นว่าพวกผู้ใหญ่มันพึ่งทะเลาะกะที่บ้านมาแต่มันก็ตื่นเช้าไปทำงานได้
ก็เพราะมันวางใจยอมรับความจริงเป็น
เสียใจ แต่จะทำอะไรได้
เสียใจแค่ไหนก็ต้องใช้ชีวิต
ต้องทำงาน ต้องกินข้าว ต้องเดินหน้าอยู่ดี

จำกัดเวลาให้ตัวเองเสียใจสักหน่อย
หน่อยเดียวก็พอ
แล้วลุกไปทำอย่างอื่น

อย่าจับจด ย้ำคิดย้ำทำ
เราเปลี่ยนความจริงไม่ได้
เราอยากให้คนอื่นเปลี่ยนก็ไม่ได้อีกแหละ
เราบังคับคนอื่นไม่ได้หนิ

ทุกอย่างไม่ว่าจะวนไปทางไหน
มันก็จะกลับมาที่การยอมรับความจริงอยู่ดี

สรุป หลานก็ต้องดรอปไปเพราะขาดเรียนจนไม่มีสิทธิสอบ นี่ก็ไม่ได้ไปเล่านิทานบทเรียนเรื่องนี้ให้เจ้าตัวฟังหรอก เพราะเราเตือนเเล้ว
