Trauma taught me to treat relationships like transactions. Since June, that changed. I stopped measuring people by what they gave me and started letting myself rely on others without fear.

I'm learning it's okay to ask for help instead of retreating into isolation.

I'm back after a short hiatus. I stepped away for therapy and some self-reflection. I haven't always been the best person; I've struggled with relationships and how I interact with the people around me. I'm actively working to be better and to meet the world with kindness.
