In my experience, policing promotes bosses and managers, not leaders. There is a HUGE difference between these titles.

In policing, we often promoted people because they never failed. But did they ever take any risk? Did they ever make an arrest? Did they ever go out after dark? Then some great, honest, hardworking cops failed on occasion and in the minds of some pseudo-leaders, were "failures".

Out on bail for the same offences. There should be NO bail. Bandit can sit in jail until trial is done. There should be no enhanced credit for time spent in custody.

@BrianLo61361896 @YRP You're not wrong. York and Durham are the only 2 services that have air ships that routinely support Frontline services. OPP has some but they aren't in a position to routinely support Frontline officers.
