Extremely disappointed with @healthians

My blood test included two sample collections—one before fasting and another after fasting. The pre-fasting sample was collected, but no one came for the fasting sample. Despite multiple calls, I finally got through at 10:30 AM, only to be told that I had booked only one sample.

To make matters worse, I had already completed the payment before sample collection, yet my test report now shows “On Hold due to payment issue.”

This is unacceptable. Playing with patients’ health and wasting their time is not professional. Please resolve this immediately.

🚨 Serious Concerns on PGRS Andhra Pradesh Grievance Redressal System

The PGRS portal appears impressive in government advertisements, showing high grievance disposal rates. However, at the ground level, many citizens are experiencing a different reality.

Several complaints are being marked as "resolved" or "closed" without:
❌ Proper field verification
❌ Intimation to the complainant
❌ Actual resolution of the issue
❌ Opportunity for the citizen to provide feedback
A grievance should not be considered resolved merely because a ticket is closed in the system. Genuine resolution means the problem is addressed and the citizen is informed.
I request the Government of Andhra Pradesh to conduct an independent review of PGRS grievance closures and ensure accountability for departments that close complaints without resolution.
