Considering the relationship between the #PSM and the society, Jannick Kirk Sørensen reminded us about the need to define the "we" whenever an algorithm is used for personalization, and rethink the seemingly technological nature of the practice.

Michał Głowacki developed on the differences of organizational cultures between high tech companies and the #PSM. The PSM have often been described as "fortresses" that believe they've done enough regarding adaptation to the new media environment.

Julie Munter Lassen: As part of its obligations, the DR (the Danish Broadcasting Corporation) must emphasize the cohesion and gather the population to common debates. When segmenting the viewers to separate channels, some of these values are challenged.

Julie Munter Lassen: In the light of #universalism, the #PSM must be allowed to reflect their offer. The PSM can only be valuable if they are used by the population. Therefore it's important to curate the content so that the public knows about its variety. #RIPEDialogues
