The program covered the Prevention of Corruption Act, court rulings, investigation precautions, trap setups, and Disproportionate Assets cases, aiming to enhance officers' skills in Anti-Corruption Enforcement.

* Improper storage of semi-prepared and raw food articles in refridgerator. Temperature not maintained.

* Food handlers found without Haircaps, Gloves and Aprons. Medical fitness certificates for food handlers and pest control records not found with the FBO.

* Water analysis report not available with FBO for RO water used for cooking and drinking.

* The Kitchen premises found open to outside environment without proper mesh/ barrier to avoid entry of pests or flies and Dustbins found open without lids.

హైకోర్టు ఉత్తర్వుల ప్రకారం బకాయిలను చెల్లించనందున విష్ణుజిత్ ఇన్ఫ్రా డెవలపర్స్ ప్రైవేట్ లిమిటెడ్ తో చేసుకున్న అద్దె ఒప్పందాన్ని #TSRTC యాజమాన్యం రద్దు చేసింది. నిజామాబాద్ జిల్లా ఆర్మూరు బస్ స్టేషన్ సమీపం లోని ఆర్టీసీ స్థలంలో ఉన్న జీవన్ రెడ్డి మాల్ అండ్ మల్టీప్లెక్స్ భవనాన్ని గురువారం సాయంత్రం సంస్థ స్వాధీనం చేసుకుంది.

ఆర్టీసీకి చెందిన 7059 చదరపు గజాల భూమిని 33 సంవత్సరాలకు విష్ణుజిత్‌ ఇన్‌ఫ్రా డెవలపర్స్‌ కంపెనీ బిల్ట్‌ ఆపరేట్‌ ట్రాన్స్‌ఫర్‌(బీవోటీ) కింద 01.06.2013న లీజ్‌కు తీసుకుంది. 2017లో విష్ణుజిత్ ఇన్‌ఫ్రా డెవలపర్స్‌ ప్రైవేట్‌ లిమిటెడ్‌ కంపెనీని మాజీ ఎమ్మెల్యే జీవన్‌ రెడ్డి సతీమణి రజితా రెడ్డి టేక్‌ఓవర్‌ చేసుకుని.. షాపింగ్‌ మాల్‌కు జీవన్‌ రెడ్డి మాల్‌ అండ్‌ మల్టీపెక్స్‌ గా పేరుపెట్టారు. థర్డ్‌ పార్టీలకు అందులోని స్టాళ్లను లీజ్‌కు ఇచ్చారు.

ఒప్పందం ప్రకారం ఆ కంపెనీ సకాలంలో అద్దె చెల్లించలేదు. గత ఏడాది అక్టోబర్‌ వరకు రూ.8.65 కోట్ల బకాయి సంస్థకు పడింది. నోటీసులు జారీ చేయడంతో.. అక్టోబర్‌ లో రూ.1.50 కోట్లను ఆ కంపెనీ చెల్లించింది. ఆ తర్వాత షోకాజ్‌ నోటీసులు పంపించడంతో గత ఏడాది డిసెంబర్‌ లో విడతల వారీగా రూ.2.40 కోట్లను కట్టింది. షోకాజ్‌ నోటీసును సవాల్‌ చేస్తూ హైకోర్టును వారు ఆశ్రయించారు. టీఎస్‌ఆర్టీసీకి బకాయిలు చెల్లించాలని హైకోర్టు మధ్యంతర ఉత్తర్వులు జారీ చేయడంతో ఈ ఏడాది జనవరి, ఫిబ్రవరిలో విడతల వారీగా రెండు కోట్లను చెల్లించారు. ఈ కేసుపై బకాయిలన్నీ నెల రోజుల్లో చెల్లించాలని మార్చి 27న హైకోర్టు స్పష్టమైన ఆదేశాలు ఇవ్వడం జరిగింది. అది ప్రజల డబ్బు అని స్పష్టం చేసింది. బకాయిలు చెల్లించకుంటే నిబంధనల మేరకు చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని సంస్థను ఆదేశించింది. నెల రోజుల గడువు పూర్తయిన మొత్తం బకాయిను ఆ కంపెనీ చెల్లించలేదు. ఇప్పటివరకు రూ.2.51 కోట్ల అద్దె బకాయిలు పెండింగ్‌లో ఉన్నాయి.

బకాయిలు చెల్లించాలని గత 5 సంవత్సరాలుగా 20కి పైగా నోటీసులను సంస్థ జారీ చేసింది. హైకోర్టు ఉత్తర్వులు, అద్దె ఒప్పంద నిబంధనల ప్రకారం విష్ణుజిత్ ఇన్ఫ్రా డెవలపర్స్ ప్రైవేట్ లిమిటెడ్ కు టర్మినేషన్ ఆర్డర్ ఇచ్చి.. భవనాన్ని టీఎస్ఆర్టీసీ స్వాధీనం చేసుకుంది.

టీఎస్ఆర్టీసీ ప్రజల సంస్థ. అద్దె బకాయిల విషయంలో సంస్థ ఏమాత్రం రాజీ పడటం లేదు. నిబంధనల మేరకే వాటిని వసూలు చేయడం జరుగుతోంది.

Assistant Engineer Daravath Sharath Kumar of TSNPDCL in Aswaraopet was caught accepting a bribe of Rs. 1,00,000 from a complainant named Sri Konakalla Aditya. The bribe was for expediting the installation of a new transformer. He's been arrested.

The public is requested to report bribery to the ACB hotline at 1064.
