The film adaptation of Jesus Christ Superstar did me dirty at a very young age by making Judas and Caiaphas the hottest men in the cast, with the best voices, and dressed them in the sluttiest costumes
I never stood a chance in the face of temptation like that 😭
We won a court order permanently blocking the Trump administration from freezing federal grants for the Gateway Project.
Despite the administration’s illegal and vindictive antics, Gateway has been moving forward, bringing union jobs and infrastructure upgrades to our region.
I don't think I will ever fully forgive the left for how they just treated Scott Wiener.
He stopped taking AIPAC money. He's shown genuine compassion for the suffering of people in Gaza. He has been one of the best advocates for LGBTQ+ rights from jump
@THR Can a distributor please pick up this movie so that I can see it. It has a built-in fanbase of all the Pacey/Joey fans. We don't wanna wait for our lives to be over before it is finally released!
No, we are not. We may share the same vision, the same goals... but it is how we get there that separates us. There are those, like me, who want to get there together — through hard work, changed minds, and love — who refuse to isolate Jewish people, other Black people, or trans people. That's the difference.
Biden literally tried to use COVID as the pretext for massively expanding the social safety net and he almost had all the votes, but two (or maybe a few more) Senators stood in the way. I don't understand how the logical response to this is to attack the entire Democratic party.

Hasan Piker says he thinks that Scott Wiener should’ve known he would be screamed out of a woke space like the trans rights rally, not noting that Wiener has attended it for 22 years without incident and that he is a leading advocate of the trans cause.
Though I really didn’t want to spend any time on this, I need to make one thing clear, which is that the loathsome Shaiel Ben Ephraim, pro-Israel commentator turned pro-Palestine activist, has recently crossed two lines from which there is really no coming back. Number one is that he doxxed my entire family and posted their information, including the names of babies and children as young as three and four years old, and those in Gaza who are still in Hamas territory, and shared this information with a network of Gazans that includes people in Hamas’s orbit. This is abhorrent behavior that is also worsened by his attempt to get Gazans to send harassing messages to my colleagues where I work – he was writing posts for Gazans and having them share the text as if it were their own when it was clearly him writing these tweets and, in some cases, using fake accounts to post.
Worse, he had a terrible habit of posting insults, ad hominem attacks, and profanity for a few minutes, hoping I would see them, then deleting the comments, not to mention the late-night messages of rage and fury he would send. I tolerated the disturbing past of Shaiel and the problematic behavior that includes the exploitation of Gazans to make him look like a benevolent savior. What I will never tolerate from him or anyone else, is that no matter how much you despise me, you can come after me all you want, and that’s fair – but going after my family, including children and my sisters and placing their lives at risk in a war zone is a new low that speaks volume to how dangerous, problematic, and troublesome this individual is. I caution all who believe that he is truly “pro-Palestine” from further engaging with him. As I said, you can dislike me all you want and come after me, but there are red lines even amongst political and ideological opponents.
The tragedy of Biden's presidency is that it proved no matter how many legislative wins you pile up, no matter how much bipartisanship you engage in, and no matter how good economic data looks, if you don't "play" the role like the media wants, you'll be deemed a failure
They told me I’m no longer Palestinian because I support peace.
Let’s talk about purity tests. Imagine at school you had exams. If you get anything below 100, you get kicked out of school entirely. Even if you get 99.
At some point you wake up and want to destroy the entire school and build a new one.
This is how me and millions feel today. We don’t care about your purity tests anymore.
But I still feel pity for everyone else taking these tests. Remember, you don’t have to fall in line. You can always quit this miserable school of thought.
