Ok, 6/7 legs in the last 3 months on @Delta have been delayed more than 1 hour or downright cancelled and rebooked on a late flight.

I got downgraded from first class just to get into New York at a decent time and all I got was 10k miles!?

Sad to leave my old company, but the world just got a little smaller! Training starts Jan 5th!
