@TheGJRichards 13 games since Norwich & they both started 8 of them. The games against Millwall & Charlton suggested they needed more time to integrate. They’ve had that and now look ready for what’s to come next season. Nothing to do with favourites. Anyway, enjoy your summer!
@Covbluenose@alexedicken@NorellKamran With the current tactics, set up
and philosophy, he’s actually played quite a few games has he not?? Cmon Mark, have your opinion on the manager by all means, but that’s just a bit silly,
@kbcfc94@TheGJRichards Totally agree - I’m in AA upper with my family. The comms on the club website was misleading at best. I’ve no problem paying an increase - that’s expected - but the % rise is huge & the club did nothing to prepare those fans affected for what was coming. Not impressed.
@EddieNeddie1 Phil did really well on Sunday against a lone striker in a side that offered very little threat. He’s had good games this season, he’s had some poor ones. I’d be happy to retain him but Klarer needs a left footed partner that’s up for the fight in every game and not some of them
@DanBarberTF Really enjoyed listening to you and the team over the years, Dan, great fun and will miss the dad jokes. At least you went out on a high/low with hat-trick Mullins! All the very best.
@ForeverBluesBC Really well put & v much agree. The irony of Birmingham City is that a fair chunk of our supporters have never been so vocal in their displeasure (at pretty much anything) at the very point in our history where we have the most to look forward to.
@briandick@KeepRightOnPod@alexedicken CD broke records with a team feat. May, Hansson, Thor, Alfons, Keshi, Dykes, BPF, Bielik, Harris, Davies, TGH. None now plays for a team higher than 18th in the Champ. Do our fans over estimate our players’ abilities / underestimate our manager?
@alexedicken I read someone say he’s been “miles off it” this season. Competition can only be a good thing but so too can rotation - he’s been carrying us for too long & playing through too many injuries. The issue isn’t Jay - it’s the unrealistic expectations of much of our fanbase.
@JamesMcClair_ Honestly mate, I wouldn’t change anything. You’ve got a nice balance between being informative but still accessible to a casual (if you can ever be that at Blues!) fan. Plus your comments are rational which is a welcome relief this season!
@SopranoDavis Dave, you seem to revel in every bump in the road. Do you get more joy from us winning or from the drama that comes with defeat? Bore off and support your team. Up the f@cking Blues.
