@BlessUnleashed When I try to create a ticket it just redirects me to the Bandai NAMCO site. If you try to raise a ticket on Bandai NAMCO site Bless in not available to select from the games list. I have raised a ticket now with Bless as the title but had to select another game from list.

@TrionHelp @Xfg_Legacy @DefianceGame The issue is that your servers are blocking users ip addresses. I was off the game for a week before I worked out the problem. My broadband provider confirmed this with some testing. I had to get a new ip address for my broadband service. Inform tech support, I have tried

@SuperNerdHarley @DefianceGame @DefianceWorld I like the game too but to thank Trion for responding to bug reports is ridiculous. They never reply, numerous messages to support over the last week regarding my login issue and lost boosts and not one reply.

@DigitalSanBR @DefianceGame Yes I just wanted to try and help people get back into the game. Just another note that it’s your static ip provided by your broadband provider that is blocked. I had to contact my provider to get a new IP address.

@DefianceGame It’s great to have forums to report bugs but your website just does not work. Won’t let you login or post and when you try it just hangs and times out. Tried on multiple devices dozens of times, trying to communicate a problem with Trion Just feels extremely frustrating.

@DefianceGame Is there any timetable on a fix for people that can’t connect to the game at all? Do you know the cause of these issues and do you currently have a fix that is going through certification?

@DefianceGame The game crashed on Monday and ever since when I try to login, game says connecting to servers then this message freezes for 2 mins. I then get the message Critical Defiance servers not available. Several messages sent to support but no reply in the last week. PS4 UK.

@DefianceGame Tried to log in hundreds of times with the same result. I have not been able to play since Sunday. Hope you guys can fix this as it’s a lot of fun to play with friends.

@DefianceGame I hit the options on main screen, it says connecting to severs for 20 secs then freezes. Stays frozen for about 2 minutes and then gives an error “CRITICAL The Defiance service is not available. Please try again later”. Playing on PS4 UK. I have emailed support but no reply.
