Another way is literally just crit. If he had any chance to crit in his kit he’d be incentivized to be built full dodge balance additional, making his value go up. If he had either of these, he’d very easily be argued top 7.

2. Beast’s issue isn’t that he’s bad, he’s just ok. He performs well and even buffs a lot of the teams he’s on. He’s a solid option, but should’ve been more.
