@TheLegacyOfLeo Yes I’m actually really appreciating that- no visitors- we can just focus on looking after each other, recovering from the physical side of it and grieving #babylosshour
In the past we’ve lit candles and blown bubbles with my 4 year old to remember Little Puffin and will probably do similar this year to remember both our babies #babylosshour
@merrymunky@TheLegacyOfLeo Hi Emma, I've not been on for a long while but remember you from when I was on here previously- I've just had a second miscarriage last week 😢. Hope the 'meh' feeling doesn't last too long #babylosshour
@TheLegacyOfLeo Yes indeed. She snuck my husband in for the scan and into the gynae ward with me(he wouldn’t normally have been allowed in due to COVID), spoke to the sonographer, waited with us made me a cup of tea etc- little things that made big difference #babylosshour
@TheLegacyOfLeo Yes, thank you. We were in contact with bereavement midwife this time who made all the difference in making a terrible situation a bit more bearable #babylosshour
@HarrysHeroes1 Yes and it’s hard to put ourselves first sometimes when there are so many other demands on us and we don’t want to burden others #babylosshour
@merrymunky@HarrysHeroes1 Yes self care can be totally different for different people can’t it? What might help one person might be the wrong thing for another #babylosshour
