@northernassist Thank you I will do that! I’m puzzled though - clearly you have the reference number which shows that taxis were ordered (for about 30 people) so there can be no dispute that the replacement bus didn’t arrive at Kendal so why is it so hard to compensate me?
@northernassist hello - I have tried several times to obtain delay repay for a replacement bus service that did not arrive at Kendal on Sunday 12 April at 1140. A substitute mini bus was arranged by you which arrived at 1pm. Here is the reference 744082. Please help.
@northernassist Yes and no! I have formally complained plus submitted a delay repay twice! You rejected my claim initially & sent me to Avanti who rejected me and sent me back to you. It’s got so confusing now because you are asking for evidence of my TfL Oyster payment! I didn’t use Oyster!
@OfficialBigHalf hello I contacted you immediately the results were published to say I have been placed in the wrong category! I am Chris Stevenson and my bib number is N1538. I should be in v65 and you have put me in v70.
@NonWokeChurch@sharrond62 Great reply - as a PR Director I am annoyed that an inclusive organisation didn’t see fit to speak to the many hundreds of PR volunteers about removing the data - simply arrogant and poor governance. A simple consultation would have drawn out some ideas and views.
@jonburkeUK The main problem as I see it is that historically the length of our journeys has increased either because services and shops are more dispersed or we have such a choice. In the past without so many cars journeys would be short and caoable of being walked or cycled or by bus/rail
@MarkGoacher The proposals were originally devised to allow a two way cycleway, better crossing facilities for pedestrians and better public realm. The present design compromises and calls for the subway to be retained risks watering down these ambitions.
@niceworkrun my name has been missed off the Benfleet 15 team results for todays race. Can you check? I’m Chris Stevenson Colchester Harriers Bob no 411
@BBCRadio4 great item on the “slow walk of Britain”, could you give everyone the contact details for signing up to be a volunteer to check out the walking routes and be one of the 10,000 volunteers?
@northyorkscc can you provide some information about the road closure between Carlton and Kettlewell? How long will this last and can bicycles get through?
@chambersbus hi Chambers -any news on the 754 service to Colchester from Sudbury that was supposed to arrive at the bus station 16 minutes ago. Long queue of cold people here waiting!
