@MyTakeOnThings2@Ade_Dohyeen I agree and it's very frustrating. I wish the stigma could be lifted. Not to get too personal but my husband's and mine private life has never been better because we both have the energy to do more than attempt sleep!
@Ade_Dohyeen Ditto. My husband and I have a wonderful marriage and we have separate bedrooms and it's fantastic. I can watch TV, he can read his books and be asleep by nine and I can be the night owl that I am.
@Ronin_WorkshopJ@CrazyVibes_1 Parents were on a whole other level of existence back then. People of today just don't understand the degree of parental intelligence we were dealing with. Our mother's quite literally had eyes in the back of their heads. It's not a joke. It's a gawtdang physiological phenomenon.
@SaltySeaFl@CrazyVibes_1 Same. The way they knew something was wrong was when my mare (chestnut craycray, of course๐ฅณ) came back to the barn by herself. ๐คฃ๐คฃ๐คฃ
@De43189Ready@CrazyVibes_1 Clearly you haven't read back issues of your local newspaper and or all about the serial killer and mass murders happening in the 70s and 80s. Look into it but not with rose- tinted glasses because they do no one any good.
@Kracken_aspects@Jere_Memez@Cat5SMASHICANE@grok They should not be allowed to be imported and exported. There are so many in this country desperately in need of homes and slowly rotting away and forgotten, dark, dusty corners of houses. It is a true catastrophe over here.
@Cat5SMASHICANE Very emotional birds. Will bond. Please spend lots of time with them. They literally go insane if left in a cage unattended for long periods of time. Feed a high-quality diet. Harrisons, Roudybush, ZuPreem. Be sure to find an avian Vet and have them on stand by.
@end3of6days9 As a former vet tech and ongoing volunteer in rescue, this fractious behavior is quite common. We do NOT however, antagonize, tease, or unnecessarily extend the time required to complete the procedure needed.
