Question for you @RicFinlay
Does any other batter average above 45 internationally at all 3 forms?
Adam Voges, test average 61.87, ODIs 45.78 and T20Is 46.33.
@cricketcomau Batters make this very tricky. Would love to see a true "all time" one of these and then maybe one for this century.
My XI; Langer(2), Head(2), (c)Bradman(5), Ponting(4), Hussey(2), Border(3), Carey(3), Warne(5), Lee(1), Cummins(2), Hazlewood(1)
@Londonrab@CricketopiaCom Border spoke on this after he retired. He said that knowing a Queenslander would be in next and Jones would then continue. Border expressed if he knew then how dangerous heat stress can be he wouldn't have done it
Sure hope that NMcSweeney gets another opportunity at Test level, perhaps in a batting position more commensurate with his experience in the Sheffield Shield.
@7Cricket This all feels very familiar doesn't it @calferguson12 ?
Congrats to Sam Konstas I actually think he will go well but @cricketcomau stick with him for this series & Sri Lanka.
You have to feel for McSweeney, picked to open when he doesn't even do it for SA. Hasn't been the worst
@cricketcomau It's interesting that @cricketcomau seemingly boasts about putting cricket behind a pay wall. Yes, cricket is likely big enough to survive in a "cricket loving" country. However, you are continuing to ostracise a percentage of people by not allowing cricket to be on free to air
@LoneRangifer We saw the same thing in the #Adelaide Hills. Very dark around us so we saw it very clearly. Never seen anything like it. Have you an answer as to what it could have been?
@WSCupCricket Our club has beanies, being in the Adelaide hills pre season and the first few games are always freezing (or washed out). Surely there would be a few Tassie clubs who have beanies
The @BBL is a series where parents are encouraged to take their youngsters pre, during & post game. This is an awful look for the brand, Curran deserved at least 4. Umps are told to stand near the pitch pre-game are they not? Only doing his job @sthalekar93
Most people often have the same old answer when asked about the best fielder ever- Jonty Rhodes.
In reality Ponting is the greatest ever because Jonty was a specialist at point but Punter was equally brilliant in Slips,Covers, Mid on,Mid of,deep, bat pad, silly point.
