A year ago today I signed with @BartlettWalford
3 incredible, wildly different jobs later and with no inkling of slowing down any time soon, I am incredibly fortunate green graduate me made the right call.

I have a ridiculous amount of fun doing what I do and I adore it- but I do treat it for what it is which is work. I work damn hard for every role I am seen for and to have an agency which is working as hard to support me, get me seen and generally further my career is amazing

Something I’ve been working on is trying to appreciate small wins- the nice comments, the recalls even if it doesn’t go further and I am getting much better. Christopher will tell you however that if a recall comes through it’s usually met with ‘great, now what do I need to do’😂
