@TMobile @TMobileHelp @JohnLegere I’m currently on the simple choice family plan but finding the need to have unlimited data but the magenta plan is too much of a price increase compared to what I am paying now. Why do only new customers get all the good deals and existing don’t?

@TMobileHelp @JohnLegere No one is responding about the Costco promotion ending. Is this something that T-Mobile can't help with? There is no reason to put this in a DM, everyone should be able to see. @TMobile couldn't allocate stock to Costco but @ATT and @verizon could.

@TMobileHelp @JohnLegere I want it to be solved here. This doesn't only affect me but many others as well. The promotion ends today so this is urgent. Fact is that T-Mobile didn't allocate stock to Costco.

@TMobileHelp @JohnLegere I know that there is a promo that exists to spread the credit out 24 months but the Costco one is a one time credit of $700. I just want to understand why a promo exists if Costco hasn't received any stock of the iPhones.

@TMobileHelp @TMobile @JohnLegere Can someone tell me why T-Mobile is ending a promotion for Costco before Costco even gets stock? The promotion end date is September 27th but Costco doesn't have any T-Mobile phones. How is someone supposed to take advantage of that offer!

@TMobileHelp @JohnLegere I'm glad to hear you can help. Costco simply doesn't have the phones in stock so a lot of people who have waited are now getting themselves into a situation where they aren't able to take advantage of this promotion.
