Hey @VenmoSupport I’m being asked for additional identity info before transferring Solana to an external wallet. Every time I tap Continue the page errors out and won’t load. Already tried reinstalling the app, multiple networks, and more. Can you escalate? I’ve tried everything

@VenmoSupport My user name is @Bontragers and I have chatted with many agents, all tell me they can’t help me, I have purchased and transfered solana prolly 100 times already, no issue till May 19th, now the app won’t let me verify, page won’t work, I’ve re downloaded multiple times

@VenmoSupport Thank for for the reply, I have done that 4 times,, but I have gotten no answer. And so far the agents all told me they are limited in what they can do. And couldn’t help me. I simply need to “re-verify” my info. This happened after May 19th when re-verification was needed.

@Coexisteven 100% here is where the Wallet that dumped bought Harambe for Pennys at and of 2023, zero transactions since. He lost about 50% to price impact by selling in large amounts, directly feeding LP.
The beauty of a community built on LP is this only benefits us long term. 🦍🔥🚀💪
